Salamanca

Riche taste with more sweetness, some nuttiness, and a hint of bitterness. It is a medium roast and has less acidity than a light roast. This roast creates a pleasing aroma, flavor, and acidity balance. Thylacine Salamanca roast beans are commonly used for brewing with automatic drip machines, making cold brew or milk coffee’s such as latte’s, flat whites and cappuccinos.
